 USkBahrain – Urban Sketchers

Welcome to USkBahrain, the official Urban Sketchers chapter in Manama, Bahrain. We are a community of artists and sketching enthusiasts dedicated to capturing the vibrant life, culture, and architecture of Bahrain through on-location drawing.

As part of the global Urban Sketchers movement, our mission is to bring together people who love to sketch the world around them-whether you are a seasoned artist or just starting out. We believe every sketch tells the unique story of our surroundings and helps us connect more deeply with our city and each other.

What We Do

• Meet. Sketch. Share.
  We organize regular sketching events and meetups across Manama and Bahrain. These gatherings are open to all and provide opportunities to draw together, share techniques, and explore new locations.
• Celebrate Local Stories
  Our sketches document the everyday life, iconic landmarks, and hidden corners of Bahrain, creating a visual diary of our city’s evolving story.
• Inclusive Community
  We welcome everyone-regardless of skill level, background, or experience. If you love to draw from direct observation, you belong here.
